Not really a formal blog here, but I just wanted to say that we had a really good training day. There's always something new to work on and fresh ideas. Hodge and Jürgen are on good form too. ...and I just put some new photos up. Oh and this is a good interview that says it like it is.

Hi everyone,
For those of you who haven’t seen the news in today’s papers , I’d like to confirm that Hodge and I have been selected into the coxless pair again for this season.
I can’t tell you how excited we are to continue racing together – we’ve been in the same team for nearly 7 years now and our partnership continues to feel fresh.

My body really was starting to feel strange over the trials weekend. I felt a bit flat from the start. Rather predictably, I got a proper cold the day after it finished – congestion, high heart rate, popping ears, sore throat – you know the drill.
